Queen

Queen is a hospitality project in Almaty Kazakhstan, developed around restaurant complex. The Queen Restaurant Complex in Almaty is conceived as a multifunctional hospitality destination where architecture defines the identity of every experience across more than 4,000 square meters. The façade establishes a strong architectural presence through a rhythmic grid of brise-soleil, combining solar control with a sculptural composition of clean geometric lines and vertical fins that extend beyond the roofline. A cantilevered entrance canopy, integrated greenery, and reflective water features soften the architectural language while emphasizing the transition from the urban environment to the interior. The complex brings together the TOKYO Asian restaurant, a grand ballroom, VIP lounges, karaoke spaces, and an expansive summer terrace, each distinguished by its own spatial character while remaining part of a cohesive design concept. The interior interprets contemporary Asian aesthetics through natural materials, restrained forms, and a minimalist approach that prioritizes atmosphere over decoration. The TOKYO terrace extends this philosophy outdoors, combining lush landscaping with flexible seating arrangements and a performance stage that transforms the space into a venue for concerts and large-scale events. Throughout the project, architecture balances openness with functionality, allowing each zone to respond to different scenarios without compromising visual continuity. The result is a landmark hospitality complex where expressive architecture, carefully considered zoning, and a refined material palette create a contemporary destination equally suited to dining, entertainment, and large public gatherings. The work combines with a scope focused on , creating a clear atmosphere for daily use, photography and long-term spatial memory.
