Beer Garden

Beer Garden is a hospitality project in Chisinau, Moldova, developed around grill restaurant / beer hall. Beer Garden is a grill restaurant and beer hall in Chișinău built around two essential elements: food prepared over an open fire and beer as the central drink of the social experience. The open grill becomes the visual and operational heart of the interior, allowing guests to see the cooking process and experience its energy directly. The space is shaped by robust, natural materials—aged brick, raw concrete, dark timber and blackened metal—creating a strong, tactile and distinctly masculine character. ## ## ## Custom lighting, open shelving and industrial details reinforce the atmosphere without turning the restaurant into a themed space. Communal tables and varied seating support both casual dining and larger gatherings, creating an honest, energetic environment centred on fire, food and beer.text The work combines aged brick, raw concrete, dark stained timber with a scope focused on interior design concept, restaurant space planning, open grill integration, creating a clear atmosphere for daily use, photography and long-term spatial memory.
