Harvest

Harvest is a hospitality project in Kyiv Ukraine, developed around restaurant / beach complex. Harvest draws inspiration from Mediterranean beach culture, reinterpreting its relaxed atmosphere through refined geometry, tactile natural materials and a restrained palette of warm timber, ivory textures and sunlit ochre accents. The 580 m² complex is organized around the swimming pool, connecting open-air lounges, shaded dining terraces, a bar and more intimate interior spaces. Lightweight canopies, striped awnings and perforated screens provide shade while preserving openness and visual continuity. Planting is integrated throughout the architecture, softening its boundaries and creating privacy without isolation. The result is a layered hospitality environment where dining, leisure and landscape become one continuous experience. The work combines warm timber, textured plaster, natural stone with a scope focused on hospitality concept, restaurant planning, beach complex planning, creating a clear atmosphere for daily use, photography and long-term spatial memory.
