Olymp is a hospitality project in Kyiv Ukraine, developed around restaurant. "OLYMP" reinterprets contemporary hospitality through a layered architectural composition where contrasting materials and carefully choreographed spatial sequences shape the dining experience. Rather than relying on a singular aesthetic gesture, the project unfolds through a series of interconnected environments, from the open kitchen and live-fire grill to the sculptural bar and more intimate dining zones, each defined by its own atmosphere and material identity. Raw concrete, textured tile, iron, and graffiti-inspired surfaces establish an urban framework that is softened by natural timber, woven rattan, dry botanicals, and handcrafted details. This deliberate contrast creates a dialogue between industrial precision and organic warmth, giving the interior both character and depth. Large-scale lighting installations and curated wine displays function as architectural focal points, structuring the space while reinforcing its visual rhythm and sense of scale. Layered textures, varied seating typologies, and subtle transitions between zones create a dynamic yet coherent environment that encourages exploration without compromising comfort. Every element is composed to express craftsmanship through material honesty and tactile richness rather than ornament. "OLYMP" is conceived as an architectural landscape where contemporary urban culture and natural materiality converge, transforming the restaurant into an immersive spatial experience shaped by contrast, rhythm, and human interaction. The work combines stone, polished metal, wood with a scope focused on restaurant concept, feature spaces, lighting atmosphere, creating a clear atmosphere for daily use, photography and long-term spatial memory.
